The first step is to complete the New Client Application form, save it to your computer then email it to us at mallsales@mallmanagers.com or you can print out the completed form and fax to us at 08 9408 0467.
Mall Managers and our preferred Centres will require the following to be completed before you can set up in their premises:
1. Application and Agreement form to be signed (this is sent to you by Mall Managers after you have completed the New Client Form)
2. All monies to be paid 14 days prior to the booking (unless paying by money order, bank cheque or credit card)
3. A copy of your Public Liability Insurance Certificate of Currency (click here for more information)
4. A diagram or photo of your proposed display
