Mall Managers act as an out-sourcing company for the Centres to book their mall areas with bright, informative and professional displays. The Centres offer a secure, air conditioned and comfortable site which allows person to person contact with your potential customers. With one phone call, we can book you into all or just one Centre, ensuring that your product or service reaches your optimum market. Centres require a professional display stand that is attended at all times. Hand written signs are not allowed, and there is a height restriction of 1.5m to 1.8m depending on the Centre. The larger Centres offer some equipment such as trestle tables with floor length covers (at a small hire fee), display boards, chairs, and raffle barrels – when available and not being utilised in Centre Promotions. These can be arranged for your arrival to ensure your display and set up is organised with the minimum of fuss. Alternatively, you may wish to provide your own equipment an trestle covers. Fabricadabra can manufacture custom made trestle covers to your specification and can even include your logo for that really professional look.

STEP ONE

The first step is to complete the New Client Application form, save it to your computer then email it to us at mallsales@mallmanagers.com or you can print out the completed form and fax to us at 08 9408 0467.

STEP TWO

Mall Managers and our preferred Centres will require the following to be completed before you can set up in their premises:

1. Application and Agreement form to be signed (this is sent to you by Mall Managers after you have completed the New Client Form)
2. All monies to be paid 14 days prior to the booking (unless paying by money order, bank cheque or credit card)
3. A copy of your Public Liability Insurance Certificate of Currency (click here for more information)
4. A diagram or photo of your proposed display
